I am Jennifer Myers, your personal coach

My name is Jennifer Myers. I was born in Mississippi but primarily raised in Arizona. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years. We have 2 adult daughters, a son who is with Jesus, 1 son-in-love, and beautiful grandchildren. We have lived in the Prescott area for over 25 years. I received my life coach certification through Light University but have always enjoyed mentoring and walking alongside people, helping them strengthen their identity in Christ.

I love the “looking forward” approach to life coaching. I am here to help you look to the future and see the life God has for you.

The Sunflower

You will see a lot of sunflowers on here. Sunflowers, while being beautiful, are very unique. They turn towards the sun as the sun moves across the sky during the day. In the same way, we can turn towards The Son, Jesus. We should keep our eyes fixed on Him to grow strong and rooted. If we look away, we will not get the nutrients needed to sustain us.

My goal is to help my clients become like sunflowers:

-Rooted in what helps them grow (Jesus)

-Keeping their eyes on their life source (Jesus… see a theme here?)

- And become beautiful and glowing because of that life source!
